Shipping policy

Shipping: We work hard to dispatch your order within two working days. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-7 working days however, some remote destinations may take a little longer. we only ship to Australia. 

Standard flat rate shipping is $12

Express shipping is $20

Free shipping for orders above $80

Once purchased and dispatched Amba Organic takes no responsibility for freight delays. Please keep in mind that COVID-19 has caused tremendous shipping delays through-out Australia - ensure to track your order with the tracking details provided after your purchase via your email address. 

 

Tracking your order online: Upon dispatch of your order, an e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities (Australia Post/Sendle). If you have not added your email address upon completing your order you will not be able to receive this information so its important you add your email address. If your order has not arrived please contact Australia Post/Sendle with the tracking details provided in your order confirmation email.
